Bikaner lie close to Thar Desert also known as ‘GREAT INDIAN DESERT’, Bikaner experiences a semi-arid climate with very hot summers and chilly winters. City mucipal corporation covers 270 sq. kilometer and the Bikaner district is 30,247 square kilometer divided into eight tehsil. At the end of 2023 the population of city is estimated 818,566.
